There will be a heat of the Airflo Classic at Woodford Fishery on Friday 1st August (possibly as an evening competition). Details are available from the fishery.

Woodford Fly Fishery, Carrickfergus is to hold a heat for the Airflo Classic bank fishing competition on Friday 1st August 08. The aim is to hold an Individual and 3 Man Team competition combined on the same evening, giving the competitors a good chance of qualifying for the Grand Final, to be held on Elinor Trout Fishery, Northants on the weekend of the 11th/12th October.
This will be the only heat held in Ireland this year and is open to anyone that wishes to enter.

Registration for the Individuals is £15, and £45 to register a team (£15 per team member) Everyone that registers will receive an Airflo Ridge Floating line in a choice from wf6,wf7,wf8.

Fishing fees are to be paid on the day of the compitition.

Regional Prizes

Medals for the individual winner and winning team at each regional

Airflo x-steam reels for the winning team and winning individual

Fly line vouchers for the 2 and 3rd place individuals.

Spool Sightfree 6lb for 2nd and 3rd place teams

Final Prizes

Gold, silver and bronze medals for winning teams and individuals

Winners certificates for above

1st place team and individual Airflo fly rod & fly line voucher

2nd place team and individual Airflo Reel and fly line voucher

3rd place team and individual Airflo fly line
