Lough BradanLough Bradan is an upland lake situated in the scenic Lough Bradan forest 19.2 km west of Omagh. The lake is 24.3 h acres & well stocked with brown trout which rise freely to the evening hatch of terrestrial flies. Bait fishing is more rewarding early in the season. Anglers are advised to use the east bank, fishing is not permitted from the weir on the north side of Lough Bradan. The Lough can be fished with DCAL Game Fishing Permit.
How to get there
From the A5 (Omagh to Londonderry) take the B50, 1.6 km north of Omagh, travelling west for 11.2 km, turn south by B84 for 0.8 km, turning right (signposted) westwards for 6.4 km.
From B72 (Castlederg to Ederny) 6.4 km north of Ederny turn east at signpost to Drumquin 4 km.
