No, but not really any cheaper either. The half cape worked out somewhere between £13 - £15. Darren has a couple of full ones in the shop about £30. The guy had 3 altogether, one was white with pale ginger barring, don't think it was cree but it was something cree, or cree something, maybe. The other was like badger but brown instead of white, maybe chocolate badger or something like that. I thought out of the 3 the dyed olive was the one I would find most useful.

The shop was really well stocked and had almost half the floor space given over to fly fishing and fly tying. Obviously a big thing in Poland.

Also bought myself a six piece travel rod. Thinking ahead to Foremark Smile

Smart thinking Fossil a travel rod could be quite handy,,what size and what WT# of line does it throw ?

Harry,

9' six piece, rated 6/7, though I have had a chuck in the garden and it is happy with a WF7. Quite stiff. Not terribly expensive, about £70, but it has a nice cordura tube and does fit in a suitcase. Very Happy Very Happy

it will tend to feel a bit stiff using it in the garden but once you`ve had a throw with it and the line is on the water it should feel alot different with the drag of the water loading the rod properly,,bring it with you next time we`re out i wouldn`t mind having a throw,,
